League Help Needed

League Director

The primary spokesperson for the NBL and is responsible for the overall league management and oversees all league volunteers. He/she is the final vote on all policy setting and dispute resolution for the league and is a signing officer for official league business.

League Administrators

League Administrators reserve and assign facilities, assist participants and the volunteers from each division, organize team registration, manage TeamSnap, and oversee scheduling.

Assistant to Director of Finance

Assistant to the Director of Finance is familiar with, and assists in the management of the league budget, team fee processing, league bill payment, and donation disbursements.

Division Commanders

Each division needs a Division Commissioner to act as an impartial point person and coach role model for their division, to communicate and to oversee playoff scheduling and award presentation.

Division Schedule Manager

Each division also needs a Division Schedule Manager to create and post the season schedule for their division, collect and enter game scores throughout the season, and work with the Division Commissioner to prepare playoff brackets for their division.

NBL Website Warden

The NBL Website Warden keeps the league website up to date.

Positive Coaching Alliance Workshop

The PCA Liaison will organize the annual Coaches’ workshop and track coach participation.

Food/Clothing/Toiletry Drive Coordinator

The Charity Drive Coordinator will organize the collection of goods and their delivery to our NBL charity partners.

Community Service Coordinator

Our Community Service Coordinator will track team community service efforts and arrange volunteer opportunities for NBL players.

Social Media Manager

The Social Media Manager will manage NBL Facebook, Instagram, and/or Twitter account(s) to share weekly league and player highlights and build community. These tasks can be performed by students with adult oversight.
